Since the Election Tribunal and court can just wake up and sack the lawful winner as declared by INEC, this has happened on many occasion in this country, while not allow the court to shoulder the responsibility of Conducting election to avoid all this Drama. Now is Supreme Court Time. 1 Like |

affable4:Isn't it obvious Adeleke will lose when it was established as far back as November last year at the tribunal that there was clear evidence of over-voting in favour of PDP in 10 local govts out of 30, from the BVAS reports. A case of having number of votes surpassing number of accredited voters. It's those excess votes that were removed that made Adeleke's votes reduced to 219k. 8 Likes 1 Share |

Lukgaf: Adeleke will apply for a stay of execution. Means that they will maintain status quo and he has 21 days to appeal the tribunalās verdict. He stays as governor until thereās a final verdict at the Supreme Court. 1 Like |
