They could have even won with a bigger margin if they didn't throw chances away. See Morocco of yesterday. We are just fooling ourselves in this nation.

I just feel africa just needs good leadership. Imagine Morocco. Seriously one good president is just enough to set nigeria in good motion. If we can do it in underage games we can do it in senior games. One good leader. I am so happy for morroco. One good president.

Cameroon beat them at the World Cup. Brazil is just name without Neymar. Brazil is not that good. The same Morocco struggled to beat South Africa at home. Abeg, rest

I guess being a Lion in a small league abi club has a clause that excludes La Liga 2.

Better a Lion in a lower club and league than a mouse in a higher league and club.

Unfortunately Nwakali is still a very poor and a anonymous mouse. Inconsequential and stick in mediocrity.

Add to that the club is very poor quality and near bankrupt and has remained in the bottom relegation zone since the start of the season.

See if NFF want to get a good coach they can

If they want to pay they can also

But they prefer third class coach who will agree to give them a kick back from the salary they will announce

Former England coach Steve Gwan Ericsson was keep to take the super eagles job but after interview he was told some percentage of the salary will be paid into another account. This is what made him turn down the job and walked away

Now they don't even do interview anymore just get a lowly rated coach who will agree

If not Harvard Ranner can win us world cup with our top players and his input

Exact same thing happened with Glen Hoddle and he expressed his discontent and allegations publicly.

Did anything happen ❓Can a Leopard πŸ† change it's spots

Did you take into context how poor league one is? You didn't because it does not suit your hate agenda. By the way, no one said best player but one of the best players. I think you should be able to know the difference.

So, you want to deceive people that being one of the best players in a league for the week does not count but being in league one and hearing a big club is interested counts. This is the full definition of bias.

The most pertinent defining word in football ⚽ that makes a player Quality and oustanding is CONSISTENCY.

Not debatable spurious claimed flash in the pan performances.

Because, You don't understand tactical depth. That is why you can make this statement. Keep in mind Ponferradina beat Alaves last week before you expose yourself here.

Tactical depth or tactical naivety Bendel insurance will flog Ponferradina comprehensively, IMO

Anyway, the hype is real and truth is it's not enough, Morocco 2 vs Brazil 1.
Before you say Cameroon did it too, this was a more deserving win than the grab and go Cameroun did.

The people running the football, the government and everything else in Morocco don't have two heads...They aren't aliens..But obviously they know what's good for their country and they're making efforts to set it right..
Morocco's performance at the world cup as set their football on the path that would soon put them on par with the best in the world...as long as they don't divert off course

Talent refers to oustanding ability, skill and in the context of football ⚽ exceptional performance.

Unfortunately Nwakali absolutely has none of these attributes, he is the figment of several delusional minds here.

He has remained in continuous perpetual mediocrity for the past 8 years. He has no business being in the SE.

At the end of the season his bankrupt team will either be relegated and or remain in doldrums of mediocrity at the bottom end of this poor quality Segundo division.

His team is filled with poor quality players and they will struggle in English league two.

Tell this to the birds, because as it is now I don't mind having a good midfielder from NPLF in our team. Or do you have any player that's better than Nwakali talent-wise?, I know a talented player when I see one and no stats or league he plays is going to change my opinion about him. We need the guy, period!!!

Kelechi Nwakali plays for one of the worst teams in the league and performed as one of the best players in the league last week. It takes more than a flash-in-the-pan performance to play to that level. I know you don't understand the impact of that.

Oshimen should only move to Arsenal/City if he wants to succeed in England! That league does not value creative players. Only Pep and his boy (Arteta) believe otherwise!

The moment Chukweze understands Osayi's movement that right side will be deadly. I would prefer an Aina and Simon/Lookman on the left.

Gosh. This guy's English is REALLY horrible. I struggled to understand most of what he said. Even Gernot Rohr spoke much better English than this.

If Peseiro can't even communicate basic thoughts to the media, how does he explain advanced tactical instructions to the team? How does he do one-on-one talks and motivate the players? This is certainly a major handicap and must not be overlooked.

I know there are non-English coaches such as Mourinho and Klopp coaching successfully in England but they speak far better English than this.

In future, I suggest the NFF includes fluency in spoken English as part of their criteria for hiring coaches.
language is good in football but it can never ever be a barrier

It can. Communication is a big part of football. That is why Marcelo Bielsa worked with an interpreter during his stay at Leeds.

you are buttressing my point, he used an interpreter. Pajero have people who speak better English around him plus his own little English in this case communication isn’t an excuse

Does he have a Portuguese to English interpreter? You know, this is about him passing his ideas to the players and coaches.

Morocco is currently schooling BRAZIL, leading by a goal now.

I haven't seen an African play with so much fluidity and swagger in such a long time than this Moroccan team, Nigerian football needs an emergency overhaul honestly, we need to massively invest in our grassroots and youth academies as feeders to the various National teams, enough on depending on ready made second-hand products from Europe who just see us as a plan B or C
the irony of praising Morocco and talking down on foreign-born

Stop shifting the goal post. Stop moving from league to club. Yes the club is poor I agree. But he has made team of the week not once, not twice. He is up there among the best in the league. But you keep pushing your rhetoric of how poor his club is. Simply agree that he is doing himself a lot of good this season. If he is doing the same in the bottom club in league 1 will you be saying the same thing??

Play Ejuke or Aribo on the left and play Chukwueze or Lookman on the right.

Lookman plays from the right for Atlanta.

If Aina was playing he would have made more crosses than Osayi. Osayi plays safe football and that's good when you're leading but troubling when you're losing.
