INFORMATION ON CERTIFICATE DISTRIBUTION

MUSHIN STUDY CENTRE

Sequel to the information on distribution of certificates which will commence on Monday, 3rd April, 2023, Management has directed that all Postgraduate students must effect corrections on their project as detailed by the external examiner during the project defense/ moderation excercise and submit a hardcopy of the corrected project to the Desk Officer before collection of certificate.
Similarly, students who had earlier submitted the hard copies of their projects without effecting necessary corrections as directed by the external examiner are to do same in order to collect their certificates.
Please note that only students who have carried out the above directive will be allowed to collect their certificate.
Students who have not submitted their project as directed above are advised to to so on or before Friday 1st of April, 2023.

CERTIFICATE COLLECTION

To Whom it may concern.

Pls note that Certificate will be ready for collection at the Capital Study Centres from 3rd to 14th April,2023, with exception of Good Friday and Easter Monday holidays.

Only 2023 graduands Certificates are to be issued personally/physically for those who completed their clearance. Pls inform all 2023 graduands to come along with their duly signed final clearance and ID card.

NO COLLECTION BY PROXY EVEN WHEN FINAL CLEARANCE IS PRESENTED.

If you have graduated,
1. Apply to the Bursar through your Study Centre Director
2. Attach your e-wallet
3. Attach all you Remita receipts
4. Submit a copy of your certificate
5. Attach a copy of your Clearance from your study centre

If however you are yet to graduate, I don't think there's provision for that. You may send a ticket via the support and see if they can provide you with the guidelines.

Hello chief, I try to credit my RRR through bank transfer, my bank debited me but the transaction did not go through on the remita page. who do i complain to?

Contact your bank if not revers3d after 24hrs.
Check the RRR if it has been processed too. Some get processed later.
