The legal debates have started and one after the other, Asiwaju Tinubu, Sen Shettima and APC will beat them silly again. It will be an easy walk over. They all lule pii! No single one of the opposition parties had a pathway to victory. While PDP split into three ways, Kwankwaso and his NNPP was not known down south, Alhaji Atiku was completely cancelled in his erstwhile strong PDP base of SE and middle belt ,neither Mr Obi nor his name, face, party was known or considered to be on the ballot by most of the voters in the core North and Yorubaland, the two regions with the highest registered voters. Most of the voters in core North and Yorubaland do not even know Mr Obi and his labour party! When the reality of the monumental loss awaiting lp hit Mr Obi that he and his party were not known in Yorubaland, he admitted in secret to Bishop Oyedepo in the leaked video and begged the Bishop to "talk to his people in SW, Kwara and Kogi" along with Niger state. It is dishonest when same folks now claim they won. check my signature for free stuffs! 57 Likes 5 Shares

FreeStuffsNG:The petitions are all from former members of PDP in different political parties. Some people are now claiming it's unprecedented, not knowing it's a strategy to create confusion and to put pressure on the judiciary. 15 Likes 3 Shares |

All these frivolous lawsuit by "unknown" political actors are not different from the strange economic policies that was pushed on Nigerians just before the presidential election. I.e Naira redesign policy and cashless economy drive, the high prices of petroleum products etc. I thought they said Tinubu is the desperate one, but apparently the opposition and their "Closet supporters" within the APC seems more desperate. 11 Likes 4 Shares |

Iamgrey5:The judges are Nigerians and witnessed the balkanisation of PDP. Each of the PDP lite and PDP will lose and pay fine for frivolous cases and wasting the time of the court las las. The APC Lawyers will connect the dots and present their facts and legal positions before the tribunal. Lobatan 37 Likes 3 Shares |

The APC added that Mr Okanigbuan (listed as the 2nd petitioner) “is not the 1st petitioner’s AA’s validly nominated and sponsored candidate to contest the presidential elections held on Feb. 25.” APC should stop meddling into the affairs of another political party, AA, In the cases of Akpabio and Lawan, the supreme court said that political parties has the sole right to submit the name of its candidate to INEC. So why then is APC trying to dictate for AA? 10 Likes 3 Shares |

The legal fireworks have not even physically started yet the pack of lies by lp is being shredded. Mr Obi and LP sued APC and Asiwaju but never sued Alhaji Atiku and PDP.smh. He also failed to turn in the lp register to prove he was a registered member of lp as at the 30- day minimum deadline required membership to legitimately participate in the primaries of a political party. All the lies and shenanigans of replacing lawful candidates of political parties must stop by the time these Judges give serious fines and pronouncement to jail the INEC official who waved this aspect of the law. Same LP is in another court prosecuting their former national chairman, Abure, for perjury and forgery. God allowed these PDP members, Mr Obi and Mr Kwankwaso to be on the ballot to stop and ensure that an Alhaji Atiku presidency did not happen to Nigeria. check my signature for free stuffs! 22 Likes 1 Share |

Appeal Court dismisses suit seeking Peter Obi’s disqualification. https://dailypost.ng/2023/02/08/appeal-court-dismisses-apms-suit-seeking-peter-obis-disqualification/ Ps. This was on Feb 11. Same ground on which the APC filed a preliminary objection against Peter Obi and Labour Party petition was already determined and a precedent created on it by same Court of Appeal . Which shows that APC clearly have no defence or answer to Peter Obi’s petition. 2 Likes 1 Share |
