It is in this part of the world that I see people justifying their inability to do things with funny excuses. Even as a driver it don't mean you can't make it to paying your own pool of drivers someday.

For Lagos, I prefer being driven o. The stress of driving and manoeuvring heavy bumper to bumper traffic, trying to avoid the useless danfo drivers and the ubiquitous Keke drivers from scratching or hitting your car could be discomforting.

I just drove from Ado Ekiti to Lagos only to open my nairaland acct to see this thread! Tbh, I can't agree with the Op less. I always enjoy driving, even long distance driving is not a problem for me but these days i get tired after about 2-3hrs of firing on the expressway! I think its actually because of age though, however, i still enjoy driving a whole lot and If I could afford a driver, I probably would have gotten one to ease the stress!

I love driving myself. I dont trust anyone's driving especially where i have to caution the person driving. I am being driven around presently by someone due to injury and it's frustrating for me.

When you are more engaged with calls and other things, you will see reasons to get a driver.
