Meanwhile INEC national went to Chatham House last year to reassure the whole world that it would ensure the electronic transmission of election results right from the voting Centre till the collation center. Hence when that failed to happen, Chatham House called out INEC with a screaming headline "INEC failed to abide to its own electoral guideline"

INEC have even issued a press release prior to the election to debunked the allegations that it won't transmit election results electronically.
