Thank you so much guys .

Pls I want to ask, when filling EOI for sinp which area can I pick I.e Regina or any area based on job offer.

Secondly my step sister got PR recently through sinp but she is yet to travel to canada(planning to go before August), I can fill Yes to a relative in my EOI form.
Note- she has not moved , neither lived or worked there for a year.
Lastly , is it advisable to update my Federal express entry profile to select Saskatoon as the province I want to relocate to in canada.
Pls
Advice

Dear Nairalanders,
Please I need your advice on these situations.
My wife got admitted into a University in Alberta. The school resumes this fall, and we've paid 100% tuition fees to brighten our visa chances.

Now, just last week, we got ITA from SINP to submit our documents.

What do you advice that we do, as we don't want to waste these opportunities?

Thank you and God bless.

Please someone help with appropriate document for this section under employment record:

“Government-issued document type*
Choose one government-issued document to submit for each position where work experience is claimed. If you do not submit the required documentation with your application, then your application may be returned or made ineligible. Application fees are non-refundable”

For the foreign work experience it's cleared, for my Nigeria work experience in a private sector what do I attach to meet this criteria please 🙏

Thank you very much. I read that refund is only upon visa denial.

My advice, since you already paid the fee. She should go for the studies, SINP will still take some months to be completed and the study would help you settle down faster when you eventually get PR. Do you plan to accompany her for the studies? Who is the primary applicant for the SINP?

My opinion:
SINP doesn’t award point for rural or whatever city you choose to stay. So you can choose any city and you won’t be compelled to stay there because you chose it in your application.

Since your step sister is yet to travel, it would be wrong to say you have a relative there in the EOI. Also there’s you can’t gain points from her until she stays there for 1 year. So better don’t take risk that can be misconstrued as misrepresentation.

Lastly, you can just select all provinces in your express entry except if you are only co soldering Saskatchewan. Some provinces go to express entry and draw candidates there based on certain criteria

No document required until ITA, however make sure that your submission reflects exactly your situation, there is no means to edit provided information after invitation to submit application.

Many thanks for your detailed advice. Appreciate!
We (family) plan to accompany her for the studies. In the SINP, I am also the primary applicant.

On another note, under Work Experience when filling the Oasis form, what do they mean by "Government- issued document type"?

Thank you.

Dear Comrades,

Under Work Experience when filling the ITA, what do they mean by "Government- issued document type"?
It states further that "choose one government issued document to submit for each position where work experience is claimed"....................

Kindly advise the documents referred to.

Thanks.
