SOP should entail why that course, why UK, why that city, what advantage you will benefit from studying the course, how does it match with your career goals and experience.
How the course will influence your career when you get back to your home country (E.g Nigeria).

MEDICAL TEST FEE. -- around 55k to 60 k

I used an agent. Aims Education. Infact the SOP was vetted by the agent himself before he gave the go ahead. All these things you said are things I elaborately explained.
