The justices asked for a list that shows all the LGAs which Peter Obi and Labour Party’s lawyers are going to present today.
This is because aame documents have been filed, tendered and has been admitted by the court as evidence titled exhibit pc1 and pc2 but daily post is saying it was stepped down.

It is obvious from the body language of INEC who's suppose to be a neutral umpire of the election, taking sides with the APC, and Tinubu candidacy. INEC did not give them all the document they needed for evidence. INEC is acting the script APC prepared. You would expect the umpire to be neutral and unbiased even in court.

INEC should be defending INEC and not APC. It's like a referee already taking side on a football team. APC isn't on trial, INEC is the main party on trial, and because the figures are not adding up even at their end, they refuse to give out the document to protect the results they declared out.

I do not believe in the judicial system. Once a case goes to court it becomes a game of winning and losing. It will all now depend on how each party can do away with the evidence. Even if someone commits a murder, the fact that such a person can clean up the evidence the judge will declare the person innocent. That is why political parties do whatever they like during elections
