2. Second application and PPR, 11th May 2023 and June 3rd respectively.

3. I already did biometrics and medicals for my previous application, so I frontloaded everything and added more documents.

4. I am self sponsored.

Done that. I just added a little to my SOP..my previous SOP covered all important details cos it was just proof of relationship btw my sponsor and I was the reason for my last refusal.. SO MY Loe addressed just the documents I added to tackle the lack of proof of relationship in my last application..

In addition to the concerns that you are addressing, add othe important details, like the course and how it relates to your work, why you chose the school, proof of fund etc. Every bew application is viewed on its merit, they won't go and pull out the SOP in your previous application.

So write a complete LOE. Simply just get your previous SOP and include the concerns your are addressing there.

I had an admission in Ontario. In which I want to set up a business account for business now and my job as a salary earner continue as a source of fund with some other assest.
But I spoke to a friend yesterday and he suggested that he can be a sponsor towards this trip..
My first challenge is we are not family.
Secondly, he has never sponsor me for anything in the past.
Thirdly, he is just a younger brother to my childhood friend.
Lastly, he is advising that I should come with my family.
Note he is not paying my tuition fee. But ready to drop his account and as a citizen with necessary supporting document for my stay in Canada.

Which advice will u give.
Should I do self sponsor jeje has planned before or follow is advices as sponsorship?

Secondly if sponsorship is the best what are the things he need to do so I won't be rejected?

That was the generic reason I got at first when my last application was refused.
But the GCMS by the VO said I failed to proof the relationship with my brother (sponsor) thus he is not sure if the person is really my brother and if he will provide the funds. So that why I got that insufficient funds and assets... that is why is always better to.order your GCMS note to know.the exact reason for Visa refusal because the normal refusal reason to you is just generic reason. GCMS NOTES SPECIFY THE EXACT REASON FOR VISA REFUSAL

Think it's him failing to prove relationship with his brother that made his financial asset insufficient since his brother was the sponsor. So VO thinks the sponsorship from brother is for demonstrative purposes

Do your self sponsorship. You will struggle to prove relationship with sponsor as you said you don't even have any proof of previous commitments to you

What would be most ideal to do in this scenario;
Mum is the intending sponsor with a good personal bank balance. Family owns filling stations but company documents showing only dad’s name.
He doesn't want to give his statement. Most property documents are in his name.
Mum runs the stations so funds goes in and out her accounts.
Can both mum n dad co jointly sign a sponsorship letter and affidavit? Saying both sponsor with funds&assets?

Or what would you do to proof funds in a case like this?

Did u provide d source of funds of ur sponsor? It seems this is their major concerns now

Hi,

Did you provide documents to back up the sources of your sister's income?
Even though there is money, they are not sure how the funds were raised.
Then you also need to reword your SOP to give a better understanding of your programme and why you want to go for the programme.

To the best of my knowledge. Apply for visa, if your visa is approved, great.
Then pay for a year and try to defer to winter.

Or you can msg the school if you can defer first before you pay

I dont think there is a way to fast track nysc. I maybe wrong. Tell your regional coodinator about your situation.
