Na one fool who no sabi anything I do mistake carry go for inspection.

Instead of starting with a v4 engine,I started with a v6 engine.

I have spent over 4.5m so far since January I bought the car for maintenance.

I can’t fall into this again when I want to buy another car or upgrade the existing Muscle camry .

Please if you have any info to share about Camry muscle, kindly assist to share. Problems associated with it. Someone said he bought the gear @650k. I didn't know the muscle parts are so expensive like this.

There are 2 types of Toyota Camry aka muscle... They share the same look but different 4 plugs engine, one has 2.4 litre engine like big daddy while the other has 2.7litre engine. The first version is from2007 - 2009 while the second is from 2010 - 2011.

You don't want to buy one with a history of abused transmission, recommend oil and timely maintenance is the key.

I bought my Toyota Camry 2009 in December last year from someone traveling to UK.

This first owner bought it towards the end of 2019 as TOks. Unfortunately, coronavirus lockdown came and the car was parked all through 2020.

She managed to drive and only taking her kids to school, since the beginning of 2021 and just a few months in 2022 before I bought it December, 2022.

I am lucky I bought that car blindly without inspection. I was scared and because I read everywhere not to buy car without inspection 😉.

I took that risk and my spirit was okay with this very car. A quiet 🤐 engine, a car with pride and looks


I only trusted the seller and my guts told me the car is a good car.

Omo, I test drove the car, to my surprise, it looks like tear leather oooo.

The engine, very neat, AC cool as factory settings and everything intact oo.

I almost lost the car because my payments delayed and higher bidder too, on the standby to trigger the release clause ooo 😂


Thanks to God I was able make it and paid her.

Now, I am enjoying my ride and no issues. I only changed oil once and nothing to fix.

I drove the car to kogi in April. I owned the road. No issues. Flexible and a good friend .

Gear very cool. Brakes, cool.

I bought TOks in Nigeria 😂 N2.2m.

How do people make choice when they want to buy their first car?
Because sometimes I see people driving cars I don't think anybody can order with their hard earned money or maybe they were gifted.
The structure, the mod, the status, everything looks bad with these cars yet people purchase.
Hence my curiosity to find out about people's choice when buying cars.

The first car I bought with my own money is a Mercedes Benz c class, 2002, I initially deposited for a Nigerian used Mitsubishi montero but the day I wanted to pick up the car, I saw them working on it, I left and came back the next day and they were still on it, meanwhile I had seen the c class but was not captivated by it cos I wanted an SUV so I had to reluctantly settle for the benz even though it was tokunbo. It was on my drive home that I realized my forced decision was the right decision, I had never driven anything as sweet as that.
I still have the car

I had an agreement to buy my colleague's c180 second generation,it's in good condition for 800k by November,

I've never seen anyone say something good about Opel cars. They tend to be problematic or I don't know if it's our mechs fault that they can't just fix them.
