Yeah.
When using smallpdf, don't use the traditional 'merge pdf'. Go to the 'Documents' tab and play around with it. You'll be amazed at the wonders it can do for you

Thanks for your response. I really appreciate your time.
I will call him today and have a solid discussion with him because he always sound too sure he knows what he's doing. And for me as a person I told him I deal with realities not speculations.
I did appreciate and many thanks.

JMG12:
That agent is misleading, you can pay on installment but you will have to complete the full payment before the deadline, for conditional admission, you must fulfil all conditions as stated on the offer letter to get a space in the program. In this case your 5000cad is not up to the required amount as stated on the offer letter. The VO will spot this which is a red flag. So if you can't afford it tell the agent you will not be accepting the admission he should another school
I don't know why some agents apply to such school for their clients.

Hello All, I need your advice. I applied for a Study permit to study at McGill University, Montreal Quebec. I used a POF of almost $200,000 CAD but the immigration officer still did not grant the Visa. Now I want to try another province. Which province and Universities are best now for getting Study permits?

Focus more documentation for the source of the POF.

Pay the amount the school asked you to pay before you apply for study permit ( ie deposit fee), only if you wish to pay more than that is optional

Why were you denied study permit? I think people on this forum will have better advice for you if you explain why your study permit was refused.

A friend of mine used an agent to apply for a visitor visa. However there was a fallout with the agent.

Now he's interviewing for some sponsored jobs and the chances of getting an offer is very likely.

He wants to have access to his portal but it is unlikely the agent will release the details.

Can he create a new account and ask IRCC to link it to the old one?

If not, what are his options?

Was the POF yours or your sponsors?
What is the relationship you have with your sponsor?
There are so many things that could have gone wrong with the POF, please request for your GCMS notes before reapplying.

Sorry for the refusal,

Did you get your GCMS notes after the first refusal?
It is best you get the notes to know the exact reasons for refusal.
Writing a strong SOP without tackling the core reasons for refusal will not help.
