Thanks Duchess. I used my account during my application. So far i have paid 11k out of my 14k tuition. What i need to know right now is that if my dependant is applying, does she only need to have her maintenance funds for 9 months? I just need to be clear on this to avoid any glitches. Please everyone, I cancelled and requested for IHS and visa fee refund for over 6 weeks now and It has not been refunded. Meanwhile this was done before biometrics day. Please help... I need the money and I don't know what to do... I have done paid mail and nothing was done |

Any one using UBA dollar account to pay IHS and Visa. My payment was declined and I’ve been debited. The IHS website is saying “You have to start a new visa application” please what does this mean? @duchess please check this |

Hello gurus Pls I need the email or phone number to make paid call or mail. I did biometrics with my dependants (wife and baby) on 20th of July. All of us got a non straight forward mail. We decided to wait. Luckily for us, I (main applicant) got Tls collection mail on Thursday 03/08/2023 and BRP mail on Saturday 05/08/2023. But my dependanta has not gotten any decision. Application is still on DMC. I think it is time to contact them. Please help. |

duchess90: Except for the email aknowledging receipt of the complaint filed almost 3 weeks ago, I haven't received any email. I call UKVI 3 times a week but each time I am asked for a reference number, then informed that my case is currently being handled by the complaints department and they will get in touch with me. I am grateful for all your help, Lord knows I couldn't have gotten to this point without you.

I did my bio on the 14th of July 2023 with my dependant,got an empty nsf mail on the 17th July 2023,Got a mail for student interview on the 1st of August 2023.Up till now I have not gotten any mail for collection or mail for approval, anyone with similar issue.I have tracked still with DMC. 9th August I got another empty nsf mail. Any suggestions what I can do please. |

I underwent the Biometrics process at the TLS centre located in Victoria Island (VI) branch, Lagos State, at 10 a.m. Subsequently, on the 25th of May 2023, at 9:05 a.m., I received a non-Straightforward email. Later that same day, at 9:35 a.m., I received an email requesting additional documents to clarify the gap in my study history. I promptly responded by providing the required supporting documents on the 29th of May 2023 and followed up with an email on the 1st of June 2023. On the 1st of June 2023, at 1:36 p.m., I received an invitation for an interview with Maryam Azam, representing the Sheffield Student team. The interview was scheduled for the 3rd of June 2023, at 9 a.m. Since my concluded interview, I have been patiently waiting for a decision for six weeks. During this period, I have made two paid inquiries via email: 1. On the 12th of June 2023, with Reference: 1870817, at 11:57 a.m., I received a response at 1:54 p.m., stating that a decision regarding my application was still pending. On the 20th of June 2023, I sent a follow-up email and received a message from Dani at 1:14 p.m., indicating that my case had been escalated and I would receive a response. However, I did not receive any further communication. 2. On the 6th of July 2023, I sent another paid email with Reference: 1954927 and received a response at 4:21 p.m., apologizing for the delay and confirming another escalation by Saiqa. This time, on the 7th of July 2023, the International Escalation team contacted me through email, informing me that a decision regarding my visa was still under consideration due to the non-straightforward nature of my application. Lastly, on the 14th of July 2023, I made a paid call to inquire about the status of my application but was informed that a decision had not yet been made and was advised to keep waiting. However, this continued delay, surpassing the standard processing time by almost threefold, has caused me significant distress and uncertainty as I make essential preparations for my imminent studies. So, I would like to kindly appeal that you kindly assist in this matter, so a resolution is achieved. Yours sincerely, Piya ******* " SECOND COMPLAINT THIS MORNING Urgent Appeal for Timely Resolution of Visa Application (Reference: GWF070155678) Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this message finds you well. Have been able to book appointment successfully but there's no where to make payment,but I called one of their number and the machine was able to give me an account number ..My question now is that can I make the transfer and if yes what else do I need to do after I made the transfer for them to know am the one who make the transfer in other not to cancel the booking |

Employment offer letter . First Salary increase . Second Salary increase . Employee of the Quarter certificate. I used self service and paid for standard. Decision was made under one week. MY GOD IS TOO FAITHFUL TO FAIL ME. VISA ALERT 🍾 Omo! My story long as I’ve previously had a student visa refusal earlier this year (CAS was withdrawn because UKVI didn’t make a decision on time) but let me just break it down to the basics! For this application; CAS came in July 26th 2023 Visa Application same July 26th 2023 Biometrics at TLS Ikeja (Standard) July 31st 2023 NO NSF, NO INTERVIEW Application Transferred to VAC/Collection mail August 9th 2023 🍾 (Exactly 6 months after my previous student visa refusal on February 9th 2023). Like it is written in Luke 21:13 “AND IT SHALL TURN TO YOU FOR A TESTIMONY” Indeed, It really has!
