After reading lots of comments on this thread, many people cant place the actual position of royal position and the backing of the 1999 constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria.

Any King in Nigeria, is 1st the Custodian of their culture and traditions before any other responsibilities follow.

As a king, you've the responsibility of having a priest( a representative of every religion in your territory) and if you're lucky to be favorite of a particular religion, then you can choose to be the priest of that your favorite position.

Relate this simple explanation to any king you've been close with and prove me wrong.
