Please guys, I need advice.

Someone sent me a medical result that showed this.

Grading: B Grading
The applicant was noted to have a deranged creatinine level with an eGFR indicating moderately reduced
kidney function while urinalysis was normal. Her general examination was satisfactory, her vital signs
were within normal ranges, she had no cardiac symptoms, and can perform her activities of daily living
independently. Chest x-ray was normal.
502 Chest X-ray Examination

Please what does this mean and can impact her medicals?

No one here can tell you whether it will impact her or not, though there are some health conditions that can cause an applicant to be inadmissible, however, what you quoted above does not constitute the health conditions that can cause an applicant to be inadmissible.

Please go ahead. PCC is not needed for study permit application from UK. I know this because I just got my study permit approval and I applied in UK. Good luck

Thank you very much.

Hello everyone, please I need help on uploading my bank statements. I used the E signed statement from my bank app and received the pdf statement in my mail. To upload this for my application, am I to print out the statements(13pages) and scan them or I will just attach the soft copy pdf file the same way I received it from the bank. Someone please help.
Secondly, I have a landed property gift deed from my mum, can I upload this alone or I also have to add the deed of assignment. Thank you

You do not need to print, just attach it, however, the size is what you should be concerned about, you can save the property docs in Jpeg to allow you reduce the resolution and the size.

Hi, thanks for your reply

My sponsor is my dad. I explicitly stated that in my SOP AND LOE.
As regards explanation, i stated it was funds solely set aside for my studies. I also said its funds accumulated over the period the various business has been in existence

I got mine approved, even with bulk finances. They IRCC don't frown at lump sums (bulk finances), they frown at the inability of the applicant to explain how such funds got there.

I explained everything, detail by detail. As for your parent being your sponsor, you have to prove that he is your parent. And this can be done using your birth certificate (tell them that you have attached your birth certificate as evidence). Shalom

Am 39 i want to go for one year certificate course in a college in Canada someone said because of my age my visa chance is slim. House us that correct make i no come begin waste money.

Hello Don10ky,

You have nothing to worry about, your age is okay to study in a program that demonstrates progression from your previous academic study or a course that shows a correlation with your current work experience.

Best Wishes!

Simple but truth!!!!!! If you like use 1 day old bank statement with Lump sum just try to justify with evidence and proof with document to back your claim you are good .

IRCC understand Africa means of funds, and they don't expect you to have the money for many years in your bank account.

Just prove your claim with enough documents.

Hello Tarmmey,

Since you've given the medical since 2 weeks ago, then IRCC has the result. IRCC could be very slow in updating medicals recently. If you were given the e-Medical slip, send it via the webform. Everything is fine relax.

Best Wishes!
