Again,the apex court or nass needs to look at this issues of pre election matter again.the electoral act specifically states that matters arising from a party primaries in section 29-33 and 80-84 as pre election only for aspirants.it was silent on those who have locus on other violations like failure of submitting register to inec,failure to resign 30 days before primaries etc...

But the Kano state tribunal just ruled that Abba Yusuf was not qualified to contest because his name was missing from the NNPP membership register, right? A pre-election matter that was ruled as an internal party affair at the recently concluded PEPC sitting, right?
