Go to where they sell spare parts and building materials...they make millions daily but they still use old old phones....besides these new phones can easily be hacked than the old phones it seems. I can afford any phone I want but I use Note 10. I actually used to use chinese phones but finding the parts was so hard so I switched to used samsung. Any car of this range that is sold in the open market is a dead car.

I recently started business , and to just spend such amount on gadget or things that won’t bring more money is not my thing anymore.
I almost changed my phone to 14 pro max days ago but I still dropped it , told the guy I’ll check back .
I have the money , but deeply I know I don’t have any need for it since my current phone works perfectly ..

You obviously don't know how people go about certain gadgets/electronics. There are guys/girls out there with these phones but ask them to show you their account balance or business and you will be surprised at what you will see. Some people just have that spirit to get the latest gadget, not necessarily that they have financial back up to justify them buy those gadgets.

What you are saying is nothing related to what OP is saying. We are talking about outright payment.... If you have 1.5m in cash to pay for 15 Pro max, and you actually paid for it, you are not broke. No matter how mad you are, you can't pay 1.5m for a phone and you have no financial backing...

The expensive phones are mere status symbols for those who buy them.
A lot of people who steal government money in billions of Naira buy the expensive phones.
