Also he meant to say 90 percent of jobs posted on indeed are fake. Those jobs aren’t real. They are recycled. That’s why you do not get response from employers. They are mostly automated . And you kept receiving unfortunately…… has moved on. If you are new here canada, do not waste time on indeed. Use google to check for new jobs post within your postal code or areas where you can commute, check jobs post with physical address and phone numbers and call the companies directly and also visit to drop your resume.

Based on your information, your uncle has sufficient funds to sponsor you, but the VO doubts the relationship and, consequently, your access to the funds. You likely provided limited info regarding the relationship with your sponsor and his incentive to sponsor you.
You can use the following to support your claim.

Affidavit of sponsorship and relationship
Linking your mother's maiden name to his last name, assuming he is your maternal uncle
Photos taken with him, preferably during a family event
Text, chat or email communication with him
Proof of prior support, not necessarily financial
Show commitment by funds transfer.

You should have funds in your account, especially if you are not a recent graduate, even if it is 1M. Addressing this issue does not mean you cannot be refused for another reason. So, ensure other aspects of your application, like home ties, purpose of study, etc., are taken care of.
Yes, you can use the recommendation letter as a home tie, depending on how you plan your submission.

All the best.

Hi,

Please I sent you an email, can we talk.

Yes, it is advisable to show a complete tuition and living expenses for POF
POF = 1 year tuition fee + 2 year tuition fee + 1 year living expenses + 2nd year tuition fee

Is it not safe to apply for spouse with kids immediately after PA gotten his study visa ?

I can see an event whereby VO denied spouse for SOWP for this reason that you provide insufficient information to demonstrate that your spouse is a full time student in a qualifying program at a DLI in Canada.

Note: All they submitted all necessary documents related to spouse Studentship such as LOA, 1 yrs tuition, visa stamp, port of entry letter etc

Only that the Spouse Student still in Nigeria

I'm scare to initiate my family application for these reasons thinking maybe when I enter first then I will be having my study permit and school ID etc

Please any idea

Please I need more inputs from folks that had similar experience in the past.
I’m a mum of 10 months baby, I got my student visa approved and my baby is suppose to accompany me.
I have booked our flight for December.
I have my fears on how to navigate a new country with a baby as a student, so I was advised to leave my baby behind, when I am fully settled I come back to pick her. Hopefully, my husband would have his visa approved and we leave together.
Please, what do u guys think? Will there be any issues at the airport and immigration if I don’t show up with her? Will I need to change my ticket and are there other things am I supposed to do? I am traveling to British Columbia/ Vancouver.
Please experienced people in the house I need your advice.

Shouldn't be any problem nah as you explained here you have a reason you left her behind, I hope if you were ask you can answer with the reason you mentioned here and when your husband gotten his SOWP he can take her along

Is you husband applied immediately you gotten your student visa ?

Because if you go with her you will need someone to babysit her and that's a lot of money there .

Someone had advised u yesterday or earlier. The advise he gave is best. If u want to carry ur baby and struggle, the choice is urs. If u have relatives who are there already and can help u babysit, then go with the baby. I understand u are struggling with how to leave ur baby.
For the ticket, if u have enough fund, just reschedule it to when u will come and pick the child. Then buy ur ticket to go.
All the best, I know a number of mums that had to leave infants.
For the POE, just say after a lot of thoughts, u decided to leave the infant till u settle properly and u will be going to pick him/her later. That u do not want to subject the child to the stress of settling down and that u are confident, the child will be well taken care of.

I am sure you must have received advice on this issue. For your mental sanity, leave the baby till you settle or when your husband joins you. However, if you have loads of cash to spare, there are daycare and baby sitters that will look after your baby while you navigate through school. Studying abroad is not easy....it becomes even more difficult if you have been out of school for long. There are lots of assignments, quizzes, presentations and reports to submit. All these may add up to elevate your stress level and puts you under pressure if you have kids with you without any support.

my aunt is a US and Nigerian citizen. i uploaded notarized letter of sponsorship, work id, drivers license, letter from her employer, 4 months payslips, 7months bank statement, her and my mother's age declaration, birth & marriage certificate, to prove her relationship with my mom as sister (these documents bear the same father's name, mother's name and maiden name before marriage). i also included my birth certificate and age declaration to proof my mom is my mother.

Did your aunt send the money to your account or she used her account and you just showed her bank statement?

Good morning house.
I want to apply for Master's in Electrical Engineering with interest in Renewable Energy Systems.
Please I need recommendation with affordable schools and average initial deposit fees.
I graduated with 2.1 and with IELTS result of 6.5.
Thanks

Since you have a 2.1, start hustling for a Thesis-based Master's in Electrical Engineering against Fall 2024 (September). You stand a chance of getting a Funded Thesis-based Master's degree at a Canadian university.

Look for Profs. as much as you can at Canadian Universities whose Research focus is on Renewable Energy Systems or related research area and cold mail them non-generically. Significant amount of them do get grants for Research and are always looking for prospective graduate students to recruit to their Research lab. Note that It's kinda mandatory to secure a Supervisor (that is, a Prof/Dr.) before applying for a Thesis-based Master's or PHD at Canadian Universities).

Take your time & go through the contents in the link below you should find them very useful
