Providus left NASDAQ in 2022 and is currently doing well as a private Company.
Not much is known about the bank anyway but we just hope the price to be paid will be rewarding

I just tried buy deap cap stock through Morgan capital app , after initiating to buy/submit, a message pop out saying the stock on delisting watch list, I don't understand this , so I decided not to continue, same thing happens when I wanted buying omatek stocks weeks back.

Please can someone help with the meaning of the messages.

When I bought unitybank on Friday I have my personal reasons for buying into that bank... As long as na PROVIDUS wants to gain management control of things there I'm cool... I don't mind holding it for really long term...

I'm always ahead in careful decision making... I give updates of stocks I'm in whether full bid or full offer...

I remember when I got into cocoa at below 0.5k... It had serious retrace when it managed to get to #1.2 or so... I no shake until I later sold it at above #3.5+

The CBN capital raise will affect all these small banks. Depending on the base to be fixed by the CBN, banks from fidelity down are likely to face mergers and acquisition. I do not see Providus surviving without merger or acquisition

The Rights Issue was fixed @16 and it looks more like it's been done and dusted......
That was why FBNH pulled back to circa 16 from around 20 before now if I'm right...

Dividends for banks generally will likely rise next year to support growing share prices. The recapitalization must be done at fair values close to book values or even more than book values for banks like GT.

The rights have not been done but was approved for execution. It's not a private placement that can be done secretly. So the rights is not yet done.

Trying to bring out offers to match bids, so that the price won't move up....

Maybe it has to do with the Nominal value of the newly listed Holdco......."CONHALLPLC"
Not advisable for anyone to sell in panic anyway........until there's clear reason for relisting it at 50k.
I also believed the share allotment will be equivalent to each person's holding value before relisting.

It's on full bid @55k anyway with no one willing to sell.
