Finally here, after seeing all pages.

Nice thread Mary! Hope yours turned out well.

Although 90% of contributions and applicants are based in Nigeria which was not originally intended, it has kept the discourse moving.

More accounts of F1 to EB2-NIW applications would be well appreciated as the procedure is quite different.

Check YouTube, lots of videos and resources on how to label your exhibits and arrange your documents for submission to USCIS

Just to be clear does this mean that Covid19 vaccination is no more required?
Koldfuzhion:

Rubella
Polio
Tetanus and diphtheria
Pertussis
Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib)
Hepatitis A
Hepatitis B
Rotavirus
Meningococcal disease

Seasonal influenza

I got 5 shots. Don't remember which ones specifically.

COVID 19 Vaccination is very much required and should be taken before the actual medical appointment. You need to present your vaccination card for your medicals to be deemed complete.

Dear house,
Please is there anyone in the house who has been dqed and got invitation letters since last round of invitation for interview in September? As we might be aware, the family group members who were dqed till March now have appointment dates for interview aka ILs. Please let us endeavor to share information to know where we are exactly. Thank you all for your cooperation while I salute our resilience and patience.

Hello Fam, Good day and Happy New Month

I'm currently residing in Nigeria and a Nigerian citizen as well, I'm at the verge of being offered a job at the United States but my potential employer is asking that I get a temporary I-551 stamp on my Nigerian passport or temporary I-551 printed notation on a machine readable immigrant visa. Attached with this mail is the document sent to me by my potential employer with what is required of me encircled. Please can anyone guide me on how to go about this and what are the requirements needed for me to attain this status.
Thank you so much as I look forward to prompt and favourable response.

You can use Chen. They usually work best for people with articles and reasonable citations. I used Chen and got approval in 101 days without RFE. Remember, approval is case dependent.

their email for free evaluation: attorneys@chenassociates.com

Good luck!!!

You can only get that if you are qualified for an immigrant visa. That means you have the right live and work in the US aka permanent residence

If your potential employer is saying that then that job isnt yours. They can get millions of people in the US that already have that.

I'm not sure I understand you, are you in the US? The more the experience the better, but check previous pages (1-10) to learn more about the procedure and see if you qualify.

Hi Colleagues,

It's been 25 days since filing I-140 Petition premium processing. Does it usually takes this much time? I thought PP is just 1-2 weeks

I use WES for my evaluation; I do not know what you mean by CxC or DxD. Chen will write the recommendation letter; recommendation letter number is dependent on how solid your case is; I suggest you contact them, let them confirm they will take your case and you can proceed to ask them ANY questions that you want. Cheers!
Hello! Was the payment instalmental or at once? Thanks

It’s one thing for one’s priority date to be current, another thing entirely for PD to be current and still waiting to get GC approved (or get an interview letter [IL], for you guys doing consular processing)🤷🏽‍♀️. My PD has been current since last month… Fingers crossed, hopefully I’ll get my GC approved as a nice Christmas gift this time as well (got I-140 approved just before Christmas last year). In any case, we wait!😀
