engineerboat: His analysis was on point and the courts can err. I see a recalibration of election petition cases going forward. The SC is discountenancing extraneous issues from votes and voting results whereby individuals are no longer disqualified based on pre-election matters but based on the elections itself. All pre-elections matters should be settled before the elections. |

studyless123: On the point of self opinion which to him is superior to other whether its right or wrong. Once your opinion is different from his then next is abuse. We told him Pre-election matter cannot be taken to tribunal He refused. We told him The PDP in question obey the court order as stated by them going to appeal before the election He said no He was told other partie cannot take the case to court because they are not parties to the issue of primary He said no. But he need to calm down now |
