I do not believe that Donald Trump should be prevented from participating in the election through a legal process. He should be defeated fair and square. However, I am satisfied that he is being held accountable for his litany of alleged misdeeds, not to prevent him from running in the upcoming November election. This is how it works in functioning democracies.
