If it goes from 1800 2 weeks ago to 1100 on the street, that's a significant reduction.

you don't buy diesel daily. If you need ten liters daily for your business, you will not be talking nonsense.

In case you're wondering why prices are not dropping despite dollar rates dropping, the reason is diesel. We run a generator economy. Everything we produce and transport is based on diesel and the cost eats deeply into the operational costs. Hopefully it will drop further down to 600-700.

This will go a long way to help the economy, though a less than ₦1000/litre diesel price would have been more ideal.
If he starts producing petrol and can sell in the local market at max 500 and even less, that will be a game changer because asides reducing and stabilising prices,it would lead to further appreciation in the value of the Naira to less than even 900,800.
A stronger naira is of benefit to not just the common man,but industries and businesses because they would use less naira to source much needed raw materials and machinery.
Another thing is that the BUA refinery and even other modular ones should also come on board.
Dangote has a very poor history in prices of his products if he enjoys monopoly.

All these SW APC Agbadorians are actually exposing how the Government within their regions RULE DEM

Propaganda and Palliatives... are the opium of SW people

How can you be celebrating buying diesel at #1000 when you campaigned and forced out a Government when the same product was #250 then?

Truly, the most useless region has been exposed in this democratic dispensation.

What a people.. what a mindset.

Pathetic
