Let me just summarize my points and state some hard cold facts.
1. Militarily, Nigeria is no match for North Korea. They can finish us on the battlefield within weeks or days. That's a fact. Nobody can dispute this.
2. In terms of freedom and opportunities, Nigerians had it better than North Koreans. Despite our economic woes, we still have certain freedoms and opportunities North Koreans can only dream of. Only self-hating myopic Nigerians will dispute this.

I agree with all you wrote 100%

⚡Russian military to receive first versions of the new generation S-500 air defense missile systems this year, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said.

S-400, S-300V4, 'Buk-M3', 'TOR-M2U' and new generation radar will be also delivered to the troops in 2024.

The military will receive S-500 in two modifications: long-range anti-aircraft missile systems and missile defense systems.

Russia will continue to increase the production of the most popular weapons and military equipment in proportion to the threats from the West, Shoigu said.

Bro, take a chill pill and be grateful that you are living in Nigeria instead of North Korea. Count your blessings.

Count what blessing. Nawa Nigeria has so wired some of yous brain and living to the point that you don't know what is good and what is wrong, Nigerians now accept less as good. Wow. Well I'm different from you, I know what Nigerians should be benefitting from this country as citizens and we are getting nothing. So pardon me if I don't accept such mediocrity like you have accepted.

Nigeria health infrastructure is far better than that of North Korea..this is not about Western media or propaganda just FACT.

North Korea total paved roads is not even close to that of Nigeria...and can be proven with simple satellite image.

I can also show videos of foreigners writing good things about Nigeria or even shitholes like Niger...but FACT is always there.

You guys should desist from comparing NK to Nigeria.

No difference between Nigeria and North Korea I insist. NK a sanctioned country and Nigeria not under any sanctions and yet no headway rather we are getting worse every 4,4 years. Nonsense

People that are comparing Nigeria to NK should be seriously ashamed while both parties has some point, it should be noted that NK is one of the most sanctioned nation in the world and even with a population less than Lagos, our military is no match for them. The strength of NK is in the government but the strength of Nigeria is in the people.

Even we the people no get strength na only on paper. You do anyhow the military or DSS will come after you.

⚡The U.S. is testing Project Maven in Ukraine, a program using artificial intelligence (AI) for image processing.

American, British and Ukrainian officers, together with military contractors, are thinking about how to “find and exploit Russian vulnerabilities.”

So far the results are mixed: Generals and commanders have a new way to put a full picture of Russia’s movements and communications into one big, user-friendly picture, employing algorithms to predict where troops are moving and where attacks might happen.

But the American experience in Ukraine has underscored how difficult it is to get 21st-century data into 19th-century trenches.

Project Maven is a Pentagon project involving the use of machine learning and engineering talent to distinguish people and objects in drone videos, giving the government real-time battlefield command and control, and the ability to track, tag, and spy on targets without human involvement.

⚡️Russia’s Baikal-Amur Mainline: Great Nothern Railway marks its 50th anniversary

Today one of the longest railways in the world — Russia’s Baikal-Amur Mainline (BAM) — is celebrating its half-century anniversary.

BAM now largely determines global logistics for the entire 21st century, according to President Vladimir Putin. Russia’s logistical pivot to the East in the current geopolitical climate of weaponized Western sanctions was made possible thanks to BAM, he stressed.

🔺The Baikal-Amur Mainline is a 1,520 mm broad-gauge rail railway that zigzags across Siberia and the Far East through seven large mountain ranges to the Pacific Ocean, for a total of 4287 kilometers.

🔺Running parallel to the Russian Trans-Siberian Railway, it was built as a strategic alternative farther from the country’s southern borders.

🔺The first survey work along this route began in 1911, with construction getting underway in the 1930s.

🔺On April 23, 1974, the Baikal-Amur Mainline was proclaimed a national project. Hundreds of thousands of student construction brigades and volunteers across the country joined the epic effort. The most challenging and remote sections were built by railway troops.

🔺The joint route capacity of the BAM and Trans-Siberian railways in 2023 was about 150 million tons. The capacity of both lines is projected to grow to 270 million tons per year by 2035.

🔺The main cargo sent along the BAM is coal, with around 50 million tons exported in 2023. Ores, oil, petrochemicals, metals extracted in the region, as well as high-tech products, grain and timber are also important cargos.

🔺The main importers of Russian raw materials are China, India and Middle Eastern countries.

🔺The BAM keeps progressing today. Additional tracks and expanding stations are to relieve bottlenecks in the BAM and the Trans-Siberian Railway.

🔺In 2024, a whole series of tourism schemes will be launched as part of the BAM Tourist project showcasing historical sites, natural attractions and technological features of the railway.

So also, war and selling weapons have always been ways US prop up her economy by trying to balance her trade deficit.
In the absence of war and weapons to sell, the lifestyle of the US, the hourly pay of workers and so many more is not sustainable and they will always have a huge trade deficit with other manufacturing countries.
So to balance the trade, they have to create wars and supply if possible both sides weapons, give aids etc and all these money are -
1. Not leaving the shores of US. It will reflect in their trade balance that they used those money to produce weapons and aids supplied to the fighting parties thereby allowing them to write off some deficits.
2. The supplied parties eg. Ukraine after the war would have to pay back for yearssssssss a money she actually not received, rather an over priced weapon she now needs to start paying back with physical resources like oil, grains, uraniums etc.
3. Most destroyed areas would be reconstructed by American companies and allies thereby keeping their companies afloat and in jobs, creating jobs for their citizens as expats, and getting returns as tax and capital flight or return back to US.
4. The weapons sold are over bloated in price.
You are receiving a weapon that shouldn't cost more than 5,000 but been given at 100,000 to pay back with your sweat and generations for years, if possible use it as a medium of holding your country in hostage and forcefully changing your country's laws to abide and favour US.
It is a very big industry for US with a well tested cash generating system year in, year out.
Zelensky is putting the unborn Ukrainians in chains that will take forever for them to come out from.
The US is not stupid picking him as a president.
It is a calculated and we'll spent money.
They have checked the profiles of people that possibly fits that plan and zelensky a comedian actually fits it perfectly and doing a very nice job.
And they already have so many countries lined up to sustain their economy for years to come.
If Ukraine/Russia war goes down, they need to activate the china/Taiwan own after.
Iran/Isreal own as also been primed down. When they are ready, they can always activate it too and more countries are still coming into the plan.
They won't stop, it is not possible for them

Until the great reset.

is that military that you said "except" that's the main thing. Cos apart from oil there's nothing that significant that we have better than NK and we are not sanctioned. NK is just as sanctioned as Syria they are cut out but yet their military and technological advancement is no joke at least they can sell weapons to Russia and do strong head for USA.
In west Africa not even Africa who can we drag with? Chad or Niger? Landlocked nations without oil.
It's the people in this country that's keeping it going cos if it's for the government this country would be dead

People don't realize the importance of military might because if push come to shove the economic resources you dey brag with, people wey get might go collect am from u or even isolate you in the international system.
