1. The road will connect all the 7 ports in Nigeria together

2. The road will serve as alternative to lagos-ibadan expreway.

3. All major cities in South West and South South will be connected together.

4. The 700 kilometer road is not entirely new as there many federal roads within it so it served as way of repairing the bad federal roads

5. The coastal road will have rail, this will assist the new refineries to easily move their products.

You forgot to add tourism.

Can you list the economic importance of Ajaokuta Steel Complex & all the other federal govt abandoned white elephant projects of the last 54 years?

Beach resort on the Atlantic Ocean in Banjul, The Gambia. There is a newly constructed coastal highway in Banjull, but it is not on the coast.

I wonder if the highway could make it more difficult for SOME people to deal in illegal oil smuggling in Delta State.

If Igbos clamoured hard for second Niger Bridge and got it, I don't see why sadists like Peter Obi, who should be the last person to talk about road infrastructure given his much publicised delivery of substandard roads in Anambra that were washed away in less than six months, should be criticizing a game changer like Lagos Calabar coastal road.

6. The road will serve to cordone the SS from future land grabbers in the form of Biafra expansionists.

7. The road will bypass the SE and open the SS directly to Nigeria.

the reason i think ATIKU is against it is because some of the north rail projects will be abandoned.

You are stating the economic importance without knowing the direction of this road. Poorly tutored agbadorian.

Now show me where this road project will pass through in Rivers State and name the location.

Make sure you don't run away from my question.
it will pass thru the river na grin

Just an avenue to channel SS oil resources to the SW.

Nothing more!

Buhari built pipeline from the Niger Delta to Kaduna..

Tinubu is building a coastal hugway from Lagos to the Niger Delta.

If there was resource control, everybody would have been busy developing his region, not connecting pipelines and highways to other people's resources.

Which questions? Do they have the mental capacity to think of such talkless of asking?πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ They're only after their pay and nothing elseπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚, after all, their believe is "man must survive"; they think of what their bellies would consume now not minding the repercussions tomorrow πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚; what baffles me's that a large percentage of these propagandists have not the financial capacity to run elsewhere should the country collapse

Your ignorance is what made you to believe that fraudulent map.

The shorelines in Rivers State and Bayelsa state including Delta is not same as Lagos state.

Because the criminals wanted to steal in trillions with this project, they never told you that coastal areas in the aforementioned States are peoples ancestral homes. It is not exactly what you have in Lagos state.

Are you going to uproot those people from their swampy villages with mangrove forests and creeks because of coastal highway?

Travel and see, that is part of education.
Since you have failed to name the locations where this fraudulent road will pass through, then begin to think now and ask Thièfnubu your criminally minded uncle serious questions about this project. grin grin

Coastal road is named as such because the states sharing the road houses Nigerian ports. It does mean that the whole road will pass on water
