You have till September 2014. That is what I was told at the screening. The scholarship is valid for a year.

Are you sure u had the panel very well? The scholarship is valid from now till January 2014! not September 2014 as Kulgee001 thinks he heard.

MS in USA without GRE

University Admisssions without GRE is a good thing to get into few top universities like MIT(certain programs). But usually low ranked schools will have No GRE offer .
It is strongly recommended that you take GRE exam if you are planning to study MS in USA. In case if you want to transfer university after going to USA, you gre score might help you.

The applications for NITDA next year's scholarship has it been done and concluded? I was surprised when I saw it in a scholarship blog that the applications for next year's scholarship has been concluded since June.

I don't think so.NITDA only funds IT related Masters and PhD and even if u struggle to get the scholarship,it is almost impossible securing admission into overseas unis for IT related masters with a BSc Economics degree which could imply u loosing the scholarship.I suggest u try other scholarships like PTDF,Commonwealth etc

Actually i think the applications have been done. They were completed even before the test for this year's applicants was done.

You may be right. I once searched for when this year's applications will be open but i think i stopped searching after seeing that the applications had been concluded, probably from that same blog you saw. Last year's own was done around september. I wonder what is delaying NITDA from scheduling that of this year.

there are many course he can do like business information management , business information system etc

there are very few school that offer course with IT and economics combination i know of Westminster in UK (Business Innovation for the Digital Economy MSc) but i think going though the screening with bsc in economics is going to be very tough if you don't know any one IN NITDA because am not sure of NITDA but PTDF and BEA people with 2:2 in unrelated filed make it
