Fst is a beautiful course,challenging,thought-provoking and stressful as any course you can think of on earth!(its worth d stress though)
Been goin thru d rough road of fst since 2010/11 & will be out sooner than later......the analysis,the processing,the engineering,the microbiology,the sensory evaluation,the nutritional aspect,the quality control headache,e.t.c all make d course interesting!! Hope to connect with peeps that will share links to more info relating to this course on this thread....shout out 2 all dem "FST-arians" all ova dem unis' and polys', we dy try jooor!! Jst sabi wetin u study,na we get ds nation finally!! Food scientists are one of a kind,be a good/quality food scientist/technologist and know ur worth cos they will soon come fighting for your services!!!

lol.... i disapear not. i was unable to get admission leta from jamb so i lost the admission ....jamb cancelled my application for getting two de forms ....so have been in trauma since that incidence my sister .

mehn i was in your shoes some tyn 2009 iwhen i was given food tech in place of slt in the poly it took the grace of God for me to accept the offer. tank God i did ....finally graduated wiith an outstanding grade with an extra ordinary passion for the course..so just go on you are on the ryt tract just putt in your best ..you shall be happy u did.
