Its a nice one! But ....did u get to do a buildability and maintianability analysis on the first design? One thing is to design the other is how buildable the design is considering the structural elements and material specifications now there seem to be too many cantilevers ....!

The reason for creating this trend is to expose Nairalanders to the transformation of a unique design from paper to Real life. More also, to introduce to Nairalanders, a new Dimension to Nigerian Architecture we have set out to create and that has been the dreams of many, dreams that had to fade away due to sure challenges. As i must point out, there are massive challenges in us making our houses turn out the way they do. The only thing that brings us to the end and to the stages of greatness you must have seen in our previous works, is the belief that at the end, we shall deliver what we have set out to deliver

Ur pux is really nice... my dad wants to raise a house in d villagw ans id like to know if you could work in the east?? The price range for a duplex like this?? And is ur carpenter in lagos?? I thunkni got work for him.....

Really impressed with your design. From the picture I can see that the land is waterlogged. I have a similar challenge. I want to construct a septic tank/soakaway. I am financially constrained. Considering using plastic tank or precast concrete rings for the purpose. Please I will appreciate your advise on the design and installation. Rgds

Precast concrete is a bad idea, but the Plastic tank is a good idea. However, with the plastic than you still need concrete re-enforcement behind plastic tank, which still boils down to the best idea which is casting you soak-away.

What is it with all these s*lly people using this medium to advertise when its supposed to be educational. Just wanted to ask the OP, is this the Lekki area of lagos, please confirm the location of the site.

Also if one wants to construct a block of 6 flats, can one have a penthouse apartment at the top of the building, but not making it glaring obvious that a 7th dwelling exists in the building ?
