u either use a system that has ADB driver and mtkdroidtools , or you download the cwm image and flash it with recovery tools..

i have a problem with my techno p5 phone whenever i switched it on it gets stuck at techno logo and starts blinking.i was able to boot it to recovery mode but i cant seem to repair it becos it seems as if the recovery mode is not working.What should i do abt it becos av nt been able to use my phone since then.i would appreciate if anyone can help me.i live in Abeokuta

That is why I use to shout and say that one must have Cwm and his data fully backup before playing with fire.....

My guy, pls I need some enlightenment concerning those things you mentioned, I use to see ppl hunting for them and I don't know what they are used for, I use p5 too and it's rooted, nothing is wrong wt it. I'll like to know in details for what may I later need those things for (CMW and custom ROMS).

To My own understanding odexed has nothing to do with flashing a rom or installing of cwm
It only allow you to theme your Android phone
Am on this new p5 nd I've been trying to flash cwm, am yet to get through
But I strongly believe there is going to be a way of doing it, am working on it

I buy dis Tp5 7 days ago , now after rooting the phone ,I try to install cwm but is like its not possible on d phone
{ I installed recovery tool - then I move my p5 cwm image to the root of my SD card - I open recovery tool - then flash other recovery - then I select reboot into recovery - form here it supposed to reboot to recovery menu , but all what its doing is to reboot the phone.
Another thing is dat wen I go to setting then factory reset it will not reset or erase anything on d phone , it will only reboot d phone
if I press power and volume up wen phone is off it will only reboot the phone
if I press power and volume down it reboot to a Chinese language menu which I don't really understand
place what should I do ? I want to flash cwm on the phone

You see, I downloaded the Tecno p5 recovery image.img from the Internet. I also downloaded recovery tool.
After flashing the image, my phone have refused to boot into factory mode.
But its working fine o... Just that I can't boot into factory mode.
