If you can get an acceptance letter from any principal of a school @ Asaba, you can take it to the LG council of Oshimili south (NYSC office) and tell them you were rejected by your PPA.

Batch Bs for now have three months of grace for the payment of your alawee without doing your monthly clearance. At the expiration of the three months grace, your alawee is dependent on your monthly clearance cos you have to get your clearance letter from your ppa. My ppa is General Hospital Okwe
