No one...that is where evolution came in. Of course Evolution is still happening around us everyday. We have evolved from on trees,caves to living in secured houses. The more we evolve,the more our brains expands. This has been taking place on this planet for millions of years. We are a specie that have survived so far,millions of species did not make it to this point. Survival designed our brains.
