Hey @ Minneapolis, I don't think you are always active but I want to make you an offer. You are losing because you have no center. I will give you Perkins and Aaron gray, and I get Jennings and Derrick rose, obviously rose is out for the year, but I will take him. Win win situation, but if you want deandre jordan, I will get tony Parker from you. Win win situation, nobody losses here.
Re: Nairaland Basketball Fantasy League by Nobody: 6:24pm On Dec 26, 2013
We both stop losing, sounds like a good proposal to me. I don't think you are active on here or there anyways but think about it
Re: Nairaland Basketball Fantasy League by Nobody: 6:27pm On Dec 26, 2013
If the person isn't active, can skywalker make the deal pass? As the chairman of the league, he has some rights right? Parker for Jordan or Jennings for Jordan, that should work. Not bad lol, just trying to win here lol cheesy

lol. i am just a player like you guys. I don't have any power on the site. Not everyone on the Nairaland league are Nairalanders. I tried to get enough nairalanders privately to sign up for the league but i could not so i had to tell the owner of the site to make it public so anyone can join.

Donlittle: i feel like I might be losing this week, hopefully I am wrong, I need a center to giver 10points, and joe Johnson is useless, dude giving me like 12 points angry

seems llke you get +10 points if you reordered your center list I think. And yeah I have joe johnson in another league. Dude is a total disgrace this season. If I see him on the streets, I swear angry

LOL. its the same KFBA but in another league apart from Nairaland League. The good thing about KFBA is that we get to keep your team for next year draft and even keep some players for next year. It make it more interesting.

saw those trades you are trying to make, people don't accept/deny their trades. They just ignore it. We need to know how many of us are on Nland

I think next season once we have a list of everyone on Nairaland interested, we can create another league. Also your contract for the team you own now expires at the end of this season. You will have to click the extend contract to continue playing it next season. As for the trade, most people just ignore it or they try and wait if their player get injured and then trade him quickly.

I am trying to trade to get the best player from a team that i feel might have no chance of making the playoff and give the person a player that might be a star up next season.

Think i'll explain it better in my next post
Re: Nairaland Basketball Fantasy League by Skywalker5(m): 4:31pm On Dec 30, 2013
Just an update for anyone who did not read the rules on KFBA or need to understand the trading for keeps

This is from KFBA

We have developed a "keeper" system that allows teams to protect their young prospects, emerging stars, and late-round finds. A team can reserve a player from its own roster for the next season by forfeiting a draft pick that comes two rounds before the round in which that player was picked the previous year. So if, for example, you take Juan Dixon in the 13th round one season, and you want to retain his services for the following year, you may do so by spending your 11th round pick on him. If you want to keep him on your roster the season after that, you have to use your 9th round pick. By the terms of this policy, it is impossible to keep a first or second round pick on your roster for the next season.

So losing teams can trade thier 1st and second round pick now to get a high valuable player on his team next year. A perfect example is this new kid called Micheal-carter-williams which is on Ibaka Flockaflame's team. He was drafted at the 13th round so that why you can see he has 11 in front of his name since you lose your 1st and 2nd round pick automatically for next season. If he decides to keep him, he will draft it back on the 11th round. Thats getting a high quality player at round 11, giving him enough round to get other high quality players since the dude has a chance of becoming a star player next season.

lol. but you will lose Tim duncan if you dont trade him for a valuable pick for next season. You cant have curry and davies as i will lose both of them . But you can have Pau Gasol but are you willing to pick Pau Gasol as your first pick?

Okay. Make an offer and make we can talk about it here.

hmm . you have three good Centers. You should trade Noah and pekovic for maybe a good forward and guard. You never know, you cant still make the playoffs. That starts after week 16

Yea but its a maximum of 16 players and some of the players are not even from Nairaland. if there is another one that could accommodate a lot of players will be very cool. I have not played on ESPN before so i can't say if that's cool. I have always played on KFBA.

why was i given pero antic? i wanted blake, why is it automatic?
Re: Nairaland Basketball Fantasy League by Nobody: 5:19pm On Oct 16, 2014
or maybe i am lost the way it drafts the players
Re: Nairaland Basketball Fantasy League by Skywalker5(m): 6:50am On Oct 17, 2014
the draft has not started. the players you have are from previous season in case you want to keep them. the number beside their name is the round which they will be drafted if you keep them. Just make sure you don't pick anyone of your keeps as a first round and second round as you will miss out on the top players.they get drafted first
Re: Nairaland Basketball Fantasy League by Skywalker5(m): 12:53pm On Oct 17, 2014
Guys, please you need to extend your contract or we wont be able to draft players at all. Some have started already and some will be starting a few days time.
Re: Nairaland Basketball Fantasy League by Skywalker5(m): 7:09am On Oct 18, 2014
