Go to the institution you are rejecting, ask them for a rejection form. Think you can get this in Jamb office too.(Not sure though). Fill your necessary details and stamp the necessary details there at the polytechnic.

Now come down to eksu to sign and stamp their own section at the administrative block (admin). From there you either pay them for transport fare or take the form to abuja for correction yourself.

It happened to someone I knew very well in the 2012/2013 section, paid 2000 as T.F then. Hopefully the whole procedure might have changed self

if you need accomodation you can contact me. You can get a self contain from 45k upward depending on the location you want and the luxury available.

The form is self explanatory. The process will continue at EKSU with the same form you signed from the Polytechnic.
