WHO Declares Nigeria Ebola-free

Nigeria has been officially declared free of the Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) by the World Health Organisation (WHO). The Minister of Health, Prof. Onyebuchi Chukwu, made this known at a press briefing in Abuja Monday morning.

He said the WHO has declared Nigeria Ebola-free because it has not recorded any case of the virus for 42 days or two incubation periods since the last case was record.

This simply is a call for more vigilance at ALL broader points of Nigeria.

It is better to be proactive than the pressure risks and costs of reacting to another outbreak

Seriously, this shows how wise you are. Linking combating a disease to politics. I am seriously crying for you. So you don't know credits should be given to all Nigerians and not your party. I just feel like throwing up Gosh! So annoying
