While it is pretty on the outside, It looks tiny for an international airport. It looks more like a bank headquarters.

It is much better than nothing though

I just checked the budget for it, and the sources say around 15 billion naira.

Now, my question is: If it costs 15 billion naira to build something as useful as an international airport,
WHY DA EFF does a state like Bayelsa budget 33.8 billion naira to build a worthless edifice such as a governor's house or state
house.. or whatever?

How does a "world class" state house benefit anyone other than the Bayelsa governor?

nigga...things are remotely controlled these days...you don't have to erect a control tower to control airspace these days...most airports with control towers need it cos of how large they are and the amount of inbound and outbound flights...this airport is a supplement to the Abuja and Kano airport and as well is the most technologically advanced prototype... it has a control tower but not necessarily they have to make that long ass shit before airspace is controlled...stop living in the wood age tho
