Reason being that although they've been involved in prolonged secessionist fight with Sudan, they are a new nationstate with a weak military apparatus in terms of training, quantity and quality of personnel and hardware. My list

Maili and CAR. Both were unable to stand up to rebels in there country even with forghin training.

Lestho and swailand. It not nice but it the truth. Both have zero external threats though and are basicaly in SA. Both miltaries are more para milltary poliece and main role is internal sercurty not external.

FOMAC forces in CAR. Bloody cowards.

The island nastions. Though they not really at risk of invasion any time soon so it is not a big problem.

That Malian and CAR armies fell partially to rebel armies does not mean that that they are the weakest. These armies you mentioned had clear lines of Command and organization. I am not sure what oreign training you are talking about with regard to CAR? The foreign trainers of CAR must have done a bad job! A very bad training job that could speaks poorly about the military competence of that foreign country!

The stated goal was protecstion of the training team.

The strategy was to hold selkea on the main road in to banguie but when the CAR army ran away from the bridge they were defending the SANDF got out flanked.

They ran with out firing a shot.

When I say Africa I mean Black Sub Saharan Africans. Tell me which company in Nigeria Ethiopia and Sudan make the weapons . What weapons do they make?
