Now answer me, why would you shoot through your rear baseless allegations you can't substantiate?

Sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual: Peace at last, Peace at last, Thank God almighty we have Peace at last
Peace. Hmm pleasant, sweet smell of tranquillity in the air. Aaah!....
Sideshow is over. Now we all can go back to the thread proper without any more serpent distractions and live happily ever after
Gombs! I am rubbing my hands together with glee waiting for the next Midas Touch subscription

BabaGnoni, do I have your permission for a thread to discuss the matter of Eve/Serpent/Satan? Or you would rather we discussed it here?

You should have helped clear the air on Gnoni's case earlier. Your silence was a loud embarrassment to the Christian community.

your reasons for NOT offering Firstfruits, too embarrassing to be shared publicly? You poured your guts out in the tithing debate. Helped thousands. Why shy away from this?

One thing that is SURE about him and his friend, mbaemeka, is that they deliberately keep introducing serpent innuendoes on threads and this done, always on purpose, to settle a score.

He is and was not busy to use serpents on this thread to excite everyone's interest in it. He is and was not busy to turn the center of attention of this thread to serpents.

Suspicious people are like that. They always lurk in the shadows, they are creepy, sneaky; strongly cowardice, characters lying in wait, hiding, keeping under the radar and out of sight, typically with a cowardly motive fueled with evil intent similar to what has recently been carried out by these two (i.e. acted dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage)
- self employed fire brigade going out of their way dousing fires on threads

For the last time, this thread is not about BabaGnoni, it isn't about serpents, or any other nairaland monickers mindlessly dragged in.

If Bidam and his friend, are still bent on making mischief with or using the serpent, they can "Bosi Gbangba" (i.e. step outside on an independent thread) else forever hold their tongues, remain silent on serpents and stop derailing innocent people's thread cowardly with it.

No one, is going to get a press conference on this thread about or on serpents, so we might as well let the matter rest, get over it and move along.

Remember this by Hagin?:
"There are a number of teachings and practices in the Church today, particularly among Charismatic groups, that can lead to misunderstandings and hurtful problems. Many times, these errors are the result of people taking a Bible verse, or part of a verse, out of context or by carrying an application too far. Sometimes there has been an overzealous attempt to make a New Testament application of some Old Testament phrase or technicality that absolutely does not apply. Taken to the extreme, these teachings can become abuses and false practices."

Ask yourself (i.e. application of that statement - not just getting 'thrilled' or 'excited' or any of those words you like to use) this question:
"Am I guilty of any of these things?"

That is what Hagin wanted from his clan - introspection and a willingness to 'repent'.
If you didn't get that message then the book has been of no value to you, cynic Gombs.
