The group also appealed to all West Africans to join hands to preserve “our beloved jollof.”

I cooked some rabbit over the weekend and was telling one of my girlfriends about it, you should hear going on about how brilliant it will taste with suya pepper. Na so I begin roll my eyes o.

They fail to understand that fresh herbs,like rosemary,coriander add more flavour to food than pepper.

I even prefer using fresh pepper than dry one,then remove it afterwards just for flavour.....

This is not about NL. The disparaging comments against women and the motivation to oppress and control them do not end on NL. That's the problem.
The Internet is a powerful medium to propagate any nonsense and to influence people. I will not sit and watch quietly how some people use cheap propaganda tactics to disparage women and to determine their value by age and their ability or disability to push out babies. I will neither sit and watch quietly how some people use scare tactics to make young girls act based on fear and mess up their lives.

I am tolerant of different opinions but I will not tolerate misogyny and I will mirror their behavior to make them taste their own medicine.

You may be able to ignore such hostile remarks and shrug off the manipulative mind games that are based on the infliction of fear but some people, especially young women, may not be able to do so and be affected negatively.

If everyone ignored such nonsense, you would still not be able to share your views in public because you are a woman.
