Before venturing into any school, the salient point to note is the favour that may be attached. Analysisng the aforementioned schools.........
1. UNIBEN:-Regional nepotism and favouritism is pre-eminent in Uniben. They tend to favour their catchment areas more than other candidates from other region. For one to be admitted easily in Uniben, u must meet their invisible cut-off. As u can see, Bayelsa falls in the catchment area of Uniben.
UI:- she only admits based on the merit cut off. Although there is no institution void of corruption nowadays bt I can attest to the fact that UI's first list is based stricly on merit. But there is always a k-leg in their second/supplementary list. They pick candidates randomly in their supplementary list and the way they pick is still unknown to the masses. Somebody with 68 may be considered above a person with 70 with reasons best known unto themselves. But their medical college is the bomb. UI's students re collection of intellects!
UNILORIN:- despite having the fastest going academic calender and ve risen the ladder of one of the best schools in Nigeria, she has lots of flaws. Their mode of admission is still vague and blurring to me cos I dont even know whether it's merit based or long-leg based. But all the same, the school has one of the best medical colleges in Naija.

So let ur instinct lead u with an oriented mind into knowing which one to pick. Goodluck sweedy!!!

OAU is now trying to make up for their slow calender and their postume? Yeah, it's based on your Jamb Subject. I'd advise you to buy the postume pq and find someone that did OAUpredegree and borrow/steal their notes!

t's P0lyMath and not Polymath so as to get the mention.
There re certain issues which require to be settled here.
What do u want? The worst pernicious mistake we human beings make is living by the dreams and desires of others. Look into urself and discover those things that make ur heart euphoric once u remember of them. Studying mass comm is ur dream bt u nw ve an attached feeling to Law cos of its professionalism and that's materialism, u know na. I cnt tell u the course to study but u cn assert urself on the course ur inner most being wants u to study.
Coming to the area of the school to choose, OAU and UI are the best in Nigeria. Are u within the catchment area of OAU? That's within south west? If it's affirmative then put OAU but if it's not, then two things will be involved. It's either u meet their merit list or u opt for UI cos all states are their catchment. OAU's art exams from what I heard is much easier but it was conversely in the preceeding years.
OAU's academic calender is slow analogously to the locomotion of snail. So looking into this orientation, u cn choose UI over OAU.
In terms of tuition fees, OAU is now paying 47k+ but UI is within 19k- 23k. Again, going by this, u cn choose UI over OAU.
The choices and decision re all urs.

Unizik is on of the best in the East. Abia falls under her catchment but I dnt knw how their effective their catchment basis is because the school is all about sorting thingy. They surely give admission on merit too. Goodluk dear. Do u stay in Anambra

no i don't stay in anambra, so admission in unizik is not strictly based on merit

how sure are you? i have later got a relevant information after i had posted my predicament here yesterday. yes! i can study law with d7 in crs, and this possible because i'm not going in for common law. if one is opting for common or islamic law, one needs to have aleast c6 in irk. so no course for panic for me. thanks though for your response. thanks guy.
hmmmm, guy go to your intended skul and meet the faculty officer and dean to be cock sure lest you end up being rusticated say after 3yrs in skul.

please can someone tell me the least score to secure study ECONOMICS in OAU and do they collect two sitting.i will also advise UNILORIN aspirants that their admission is based on long leg cos i am currently one with 241 & 66% in jamb and postume respectively but not given admission. they don't release cutoff mark, the admission is so blind, they will only send you a text.
