Someone shd please buy the exacutive and pep a primary school government text book and underline the chapter on seperation of powers. Let the people that chose him as speaker vote him out if they please. Let the court declare his seat open if they rule so. Anything else is anarchy. And power play. . And power is after all temporary. Institutions on other hand are to be given support to stand for themselves. Today its tambuwal.tom

THIS NOT ABOUT APC OR PDP ,IT IS ABOUT THE RAPE OF THE NIGERIAN CONSTITUTION.THE FOOL WHO CLAIMS TO BE A LAWYER SHOULD KNOW BEETER THAN ATTEMPT TO DENIGRATE THE SACREDNESS OF THE NIGERIAN CONSTITUTION

BTW ANY RESOLUTION REACHED AT A JANJA.WEED SITTING WILL NOT RECOGNISED OR ENFORCED BY THE EXECUTIVE.IF TAMBUWAL WANTS TO TEST IF HE STLL HAS POWERS LET HE TRY SUMMONING THE IGP OR ANY HEAD OF THE SECURITY AGENCIES LET US SEE IF THEY WILL HONOUR IT[/quote][/s]

The President shouldn't have tried this in the first place. This is a war he definitely can not win. He will come out of this battle terribly bruised because what he did today will strengthen the solidarity among the members irrespective of party divide. You do not use brute powers to fight this sort of battle. Surely, the President and his party have lost some supporters through this un-necessary and un-informed action.

Nigerians in the national assembly once again rised above his impecable record of sectionalism and foolish daftness to say no, no to undermining the national assembly, no to destroying institutions that are first and foremost Nigerian owned not pdp or apc!

TAMBUWAL SHOULD BE THE ONE TO GO TO COURTS!!! NOBODY WIL TOLORATE THAT SORT OF IMPUNITY!!!! SECTION 68 1(G) IS SO CLEAR THAT EVEN A PRIMARY ONE PUPIL CAN INTERPRETE IT.

ARE YOU SAYING IF THE POLICE CATCHES SOMEONE COMMITTING AN OFFENCE THEY SHOULD GO TO COURT BEFORE EFFECTING AN ARREST? TAMBUWAL IS ACTING IN DEFIANCE OF SECTION 681(G) OF THE 1999 CONSTITUTION AND THOSE PLICE OFFICERS ARE JUST DOING THEIR JOBS
There is an existing court pronouncement that the status quo
be maintained, Until another putting aside the former, the executive
should respect the current pronouncemnt of the court.

That not withstanding, I can confidently tell you, citizens in
the NASS are standing up for their speaker.

Very clearly Tambuwal has shown why he is loved dearly by his colleagues! As usual the otuoke curse did not disappoint in manifesting his idiocy for all to see. I am so loving this, jonacurse just bought more votes for the APC by this despicable action. It is now very glaring to all that jonacurse is not fit to superintend over his household talk of a whole nation. NEVER AGAIN SHALL WE BE DECIEVED BY SENTIMENTS! let us jointly return the curse to otuoke in 2015!

I weep for my dear country NIGERIA!!!! for once we should do things d right way! Mr tambuwal as a lawyer should know that he is d speaker of d house by d virture of pdp dominating d house, now u pitch tent with d party that have d biggest number of representative in the house! Constitutionally u have lost ur seat, u bow out like a gentleman nd safe urself some sort of disgrace. and again for d FG, the use of forces to prevent him from gaining entrance into d house is not d most lawful act!I think our judicary is not doing their job @ all, otherwise d moment dis man decamped he should be striped off his position! U can't eat ur cake nd have it back mr speaker(former) all dis power drunk politicians u guys should go get a life nah nd stop behaving like street touts, if u must use violent then why do we have constitution, why do we have laws nd our so called lawyers are sitting looking for who to come offer bribe ..bunch of fools with chicken brain

I don't think the President is behind this.

I think some people are trying to sabotage the President and paint him in bad light.

What is happening is extremely awful! OBJ never did anything this close despite the fact that there were several attempts at impeaching him.

I smell a script being played out. More like a set up.

The President has to be careful at this time especially with his so-called supporters/handlers from the north.

Don't try to exonerate the president from this show of shame, we tired of this lies about his handler, can't a 57 years old man handle himself?
