I really dnt know why this happen in one of my snail pen, this snail has been white from the hatchery.

It is an albino, snails are now adapting. People love the dark ones and many won't eat albinos. So snails are now slowly becoming albinos.

Of course, why not? Its just an albino. Happens once in a while, nothing to fear over. If anything keep it to brag around with.

yes you can, but the problem is that there may not be market for it. Actually they're edible, just baseless fear consumers usually have.
