This exact thing happened to me one day, I was in a hurry so I just dropped and told them to go ahead and do whatever they like with the ghana must go load of dollar bills cash. I left the three of them In their golf car and walked away. Thank God I wasn't greedy enough to want to share in the suppossed loot.

The next move will be lets share the money.

The owner of the money will say it is spiritual / blood money.

They will ask u if you know a spiritualist. If you say yes, they will pretend to be following you there, the other guy will convince you that his own spiritualist is better cos of the secrecy involved.

Once you get to the spiritualist, they will ask the four of you to take oath of secrecy that u will not tell any other person until the money is cleansed. From there, 'ur own don done'.

The spiritualist will say she needs clean money to cleanse the blood money and all of u will go and look for money. They will convince you that the sharing formula after cleansing is according to clean money invested in cleansing it.

With some extra charm, you will borrow, sell stuffs until some one rescues you from them.

Ops congrats once again.

Thank your stars that you were aware of their tricks...

Unlucky for me someone in my family felt victim of them about five weeks ago within Ibadan, going to J-Allen at Cocoa House from Challenge, the cabs on the queue at the garage was empty, so she decided to go get the ones that picks passengers on the go (Soole), before they could get to Mobil bus/stop, they had done their evil work, she gave them 10k the first day she entered their God forsaken cab and later went to give them 40k the next day, they nearly carried her away but with God's intervention she was dropped off at Ibadan/Ife express way... only the good God knows how the people that witnessed the Shoka scenario got there...

May the good God's protection never cease from us...

I was once a victim some years back after my sec school days.
Make I shorten the tory. I followed them to their place about three of them.
Sincerely, I was thinking of some of my friends I could help out if the money was genuine**funny me** but that was just the truth.
As we reach na so one mama comot with one magic stick and in the room was a crystal ball. Next thing, she say make we swear. Others start oo. It got to my turn and I told her its not a part of me to swear. Na so the woman look me ask me wetin I talk which I did repeat.
Na so she hallaaaa... Say who be this and where then carry me come from say abeg abeg make then go drop me o.
Na so me stand up waka find my way cos I was going to my sec school to get me transcripts then at OYO state.
I thank GOD ooo. Cos it wasn't normal...

This gimmick is really old. They do that everyday in Ibadan and Lagos. At the end they would say the money was in dollars and everyone would have to go to a place to take oat and share the money.

At every mention of money... SCRAM!

OP, thank God.
Re: My Recent One-chance Experience Along Lagos/ibadan Express by Nobody: 4:43am On Dec 03, 2014
Experienced this as a Corp member some few years ago On my way to Ilesa from Benin in Akure.

As soon as they mentioned money I just open the car door to come down, the car was in motion, and this conversation ensue:

One of them: Why u wan come down corper? You get nothing to fear na. Na this didirin wey carry money put for boot. if police stop us nko he go just koba us.

Me: He go better make police stop us.

Meanwhile one of them was smacking his lips and the one beside me was f.inge*ring* a ring. I told them not to waste their time, that they should just drop me.

Luckily a police patrol was passing by. Told them I will shout.

They stopped, I dropped, and they turned back, giving me the waka sign.

Re: My Recent One-chance Experience Along Lagos/ibadan Express by Nobody: 6:57am On Dec 03, 2014
My now Wife fell victim to this.

It affected our relationship a little bit as she lost some money. It wasn't the money but the idea that she'll go to the bank and actually make withdrawal. I still don't understand it till today.

This happened in Ibadan, she entered on the Oke Bola road just below old Kingsway. The script seems similar to the ones related on here. It was a white Golf or Rabbit too.

Be safe out there and watch your going and comings.

I experienced same thing similar in the late 90s. On Allen avenue broad daylight.

Just bought some snacks and was heading home and there was a crowd at the junction. One cab came and feeling like a sharp guy I dive for the front seat and one guy entered the back.
Funny enough nobody else entered the cab and we where quite a lot at the spot.

We haven't even fine 4 poles when the guy behind says he wanted to drop. As he spoke I felt a wave if dizziness and had like a vision I saw myself lying on the ground and a strange dude eating my snacks this happened in a flash.

He gets out and drips a note on my lap a 100 dollar note.It landed in the nylon I was carrying I just pushed it to the driver.

The driver acts surprised and shows me the money calling the first guy back. He tells the guy this is not our money and the guy bursts forth a funny accent explaining he just entered Nigeria all he has are dollars bla bla bla.

Driver suggest he takes him to airport to change the money and suggests I follow them for security sakes.

I grin at them and told them both if una dey craze. U hopped out the cab and walked to Allen roundabout and entered a danfo where the only exchange between me and conductor was owo da.

An uncle also fell for the tricks in the 80s. It was the wsh wash scam. Nigga went back to the village to borrow cash( he didn't tell dad, knew what dad would say). As soon as he paid his fellow nizzos turned to smoke.

Men old man was furious with gim . can imagine the lectures on hard work, quick money etc. The guy was depressed for a long time. Dad had to pay the loans back.
