Tell me wetin man go do. After, he'll dry it up and use it for purchase. Abi you go reject the money? Na naija we dey. The funny thing is that since the CBN warned against writing, staining and the others, I'm yet to see anybody that's been punished for going against it. When you get to the Bank for withdrawal, you'll receive 69% of damaged notes and yet CBN still has a law against it. Don't be surprised, they'll arrest this man for questioning and penalize him.
