Hello all.
I just discovered the new settings and procedures to follow in order to use mtn Bis on Android.

Those using MTK phones won't really need this as though it is a good development, it still isn't dependant as its still gonna be blocked pretty soon if abused .

I will try to post screenshoted pics as prove an evidence.
Just follow accordingly.

After I Recharge the card, I was given free 10mb plus 9mb bonus... Including 4mb for Facebook.

I then confirmed the subscription validity by downloading and app (MTK engineering mode)

After that, I rechecked my bonus ipulse balance to confirmed if my data was deducted, It wasn't!

Note: This procedures have being on for a while now.
This about my 6th bbcday subscription.

My friend speak English and not French because from your post the date is today the 9th of December and time is only 21 minutes spent so tell us whether the N100 is what you have been using for the past 6 days and what is the configurations is the mtk engineering app part of it? To Enjoy Mtn Bis on your Samsung
droid and other Android, please follow
this instructions:
-Download and install simple server with the link
provided below.
-Goto your phones settings-Mobile network -
MTN. create a new Apn and fill it as seen
below.
Name: simple server
Proxy: 127.0.0.1
Port: 8080
Apn: Web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
-Save settings by clicking the back button...
Make sure to tick it.
Now launch your simple server and input the
settings as thus seen below
Pproxy host: 10.199.212.2
Proxy Port: 8080
Injection Method: get
Injection querry/url: http://web.blackberry.com
Injection Host: web.blackberry.com
Injection line: press your enter key 4 times
Log leve: debug
Close the settings and click the connect button
with your mobile data switch on.
To Subscribe for mtn Bis on your PC,
follow the settings as seen below.
-After downloading the PC simple server,
extract from the zip and install the simple
server.exe file to your PC.
- Recharge your SIM with N100 on your MTN
line and sms
BBCDAY to 21600 and wait for welcome to
blackberry subscription SMS.
-Connect the SIM card to your PC through your
modem and set the modem as seen below.
-APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net,
-Password & username: web .
Set your browser and IDM to proxy 127.0.0.1
port 8080
You should now be able to browse and download
with your blackberry subscription.

Have you experienced 'god mode', a situation where after being connected for a while, you can use the bis without vpn. This time, the speed clocks upto 1.1MB as against a maximum of about 200KB when using vpn?

Note that bbcday is no longer 3gig on mtn. Less than 200mb now. Tested and disappointed na android abuse cause am.

Thanks OP. I want to ask if you know why the simple server trick doesnt work with whatsapp and some other apps. And if there's anything that can be done to remedy it. (Non-rooted Samsung fone)

It works with whatsapp and all other app .

Maybe try using another vpn.
