I think Naija women are more inhibited by society and perceived norms. Isn't it this same Naija that men who sleep around do so with boldness while a married woman wouldn't want to be caught kissing her husband in public.
I think it has more to do with society and fear of being slut-shamed than having a low sex drive.

The only times I ever saw a female condom was during my service year when it was shared, it didn't get to me. I had to "look" at a friend's. The next time was when this NGO set up a free HIV testing spot near my office then. After testing you get a free female condom. Indeed, the awareness is poor. I don't even know how to use it at my age.
