it goes two ways.
1) you meet one of the sisters first and ask If the other lady is her sister. if she says the truth,Go to the other sister. point to one of the roads and ask If its the road to the village then do the exact opposite of whatever she says, I mean if she says it's the road. Go through the other road and if she says it's not the road. GI through the same road you pointed out.
2) you meet one of the sisters and ask if the other lady is her sister, if she lies. you know who the truthful one is then. so go meet the truthful and ask for the directions.

1. You're allowed to ask only one question from either of the sisters , so you can only ask one of the sisters one question only
2. Any of the sisters can stand in front of any of the roads i.e the lying sister can be the one standing in front of the right or wrong road and vice versa

You ask both sisters this question:
"If I were to ask your sister what roads leads to the village, what would she say?"

The liar would lie (duh!) and say that her sister would tell you to take the road leading nowhere
The truth teller would just tell you outright that her sister would tell you to take the road leading nowhere.

It's the same they will point to the same place - wrong road. So go the opposite direction.
Let me explain : If you ask the sister who always says the truth , she will tell you the truth and point to the wrong road which is where her sister would have pointed you to , if you ask the lying sister the same question she will lie and point to where her sister ( the truthful one ) will not point you to which is the wrong road still. So whichever road either of the sister points to after asking her that question is the wrong road.

Since I get to ask each of them a question, I would ask the first sister "Do you have a twin sister?" If she say No! then am sure she's the liar, so I would ask the second sister "Where is the road to the village" If the first sister answered "Yes" I know she's the truth teller so I would proceed to ask the second sister 'Where is the road that does not lead to the village?" Knowing she would lie, so I would follow the opposite path of her direction.
