South Korea will bear tthe brunt. NK lacks ICBMs capable of reaching the west coast of USA. All NK ever does is to fire missiles into the sea. Maybe they'll nuke Atlantis but not mainland USA.

If you've been following the Sony, North Korea and
the US government saga then you should know what
this is about. But let me give a brief summary
because I'm about to board a flight.

Sony Pictures released a movie called The Interview,
a comedy about a fictional assassination of North
Korean leader, Kim Jong Un.. North Korean didn't
find it funny and hacked into Sony's computers,
rendering thousands of computers inoperable and
forced Sony to take its entire computer network
offline. That wasn't enough, they then threatened
terror attack on US citizens if Sony doesn't cancel
showing the movie, forcing Sony to pull the interview
from theaters and losing almost $200m. Then the US
government got involved and told Sony to go ahead and
release the movie, that they don't take lightly to
threats and promised to retaliate for the attack on
Sony. It looks like they've kept their to promise. North
Korea is currently offline. Lol

China cannot risk a direct support to NK, but Russia might. And that sums up the entire support NK will ever get.... well, Iran will offer media and propaganda support too.

Remember that NK attacked first... and the US has NATO.

NorthKorea hasn't come out to publicly claim that they were behind the Sony attack.
Neither have the US done so.
These are all conjectures.
I was watching Fareed Zakaria's GPS on CNN on sunday and during Fareed's take, he said something in line with NK's threat of terrorism.
(Not verbatim), he said, Backing down in the face of provocation is an insult to the might of America, and therefor urging SONY's boss to go ahead with the movie release.
Now, my question is:

@OP the post u just gave is very misleading, the US of A did not have anything to do with the internet outage in North Korea. Matter of Factly North Korean Leader, Kim ordered the shut down of his own country's internet, because as you already know they are in a Dictatorship and he does not want his citizens being influenced by western opinion on the topic: "The Interview". Besides the US of A CANNOT shut down NK's internet without the help of the Chinese because the system that NK operates on uses China as its Router. And the Chinese have not come out to say anything, Also if you are well conversant with foreign diplomacy and international news you would observe a pattern in this issues.
