my colleagues let me formally announce that I am non partisan as some us already concluded. Ask yourselves simple questions before u attack, what is the role of the labour union ,role of government, and our role. are these institutions meeting her responsibilities? some percentage of our salaries were deducted without our consent in the name of NUT yet we feel no impact of the said NUT in our long owed arrears. we individually sponsored our training to work for our government yet not even the certificates were issued not mentioning allowance or feeding. we took pains and even borrowed to be in classrooms for a period of six whole months under severe supervisions yet the said period no wages were paid. maybe some of us are new on a job, else you will criticise constructively and positively. don't forget there may be aides getting our opinions to work.

apart from dis recent 13000 teachers. They are many non indigenes in rivers civil service dat were employed by previous administration. Some have retired and many are still in active service. No be today.

hope ur aware that non indigenes had 10 percent slot and the indigenes (owners of d Job) got 90 percent slot of the 13k plus of d new teachers employed. Do d calculation and tell me where Amaechi got it wrong. Remember nobody knows 2morow. Dnt forget that d so called non indigenes who resides in Rivers State pays their tax and contribute to d development of the state. More so, some non indigenes were born and brought up in River state but unfortunately their parents are not from there. Let me crown it all by letting u know that NO state is an island; Go to other states u must see non indigenes (including Rivers indigenes) working in their civil/public service. Did people support Orji of Abia state for such an atrucious act? Would u like to do or support evil because someone did it? I know of four Rivers indigenes working with IMO state ministry of works. Go to Anambra state etc rivers people are working there too. This is why i always say dt one nigeria is a sham. The non indigenes have being re-instated back with some payment of backlog of salary...early this year....my aunt as a rivers person is a beneficiary and she has put in 22years of service...
