Yes. It is their that u can add it later. Moreso, in the guideline only the boxes with those red asterics are compulsory while others are optional. I think its not compulsory, but try and ask other people too

I Went to a L.G Secreteriat For My ßirth Cert. they Said that i have Exceeded the Issusinq Aqe, that I have to go to State Capital with Not Less than 5k, Write Attestation, Swear Affidavit, Do these Do that with Passþorts For i to Obtain ßirth Cert. I lauqhed at them and Said Ok and I went Off.
I think am qoing to Use my Hospital ßirth Cert. Because NDA Didn't Demarcate the One to Uþload.
