EroticAngelina: It depends on how severe you are depressed, most depression can gets treated without medicines, some take weeks, others months. If you think it ain't severe then what you need do is engage yourself in activities tha usually interest you, things like; watching movies, hanging out with friends and loved ones, going on shopping and listen to inspirational songs etc. You know what interests you better than anyone else, also the less you stay to yourself and be around people the better to a healing process. But if you think the symptoms are severe, seek for a medical advise and they could put you on antidepressant medication |

Depression is hard to deal with. I know because I still battle with it from time to time. Its not what someone can just tell you once and you get a cure. Its a long walk you have to look for someone that has gone through it and is ready to talk with you on the regular ie by phone, mails or messngers. In the mean time, just tell yourself you can overcome it. I did and so can you. Then, tell yourself, yours is not the worse case in the world. People with holes in their hearts are still looking forward to a New day. I know its hard sha. With depression, people dont seem to understand how you could be sad when you have a lot to be thankful for? Maybe you are not really deeply depressed sha, maybe what you need is to talk about that problem you have with someone you trust and you will feel better. 2 Likes |

Well,my little advice is for you to listen to music you love and sing along with it, do any femine exercise like skipping,jogging,dancing etc, speak to anybody you love and trust and elaborate on how you feel. If e too much drink pap and have a good sleep. Life is too short to be sad and depressed. |
